A new roof on a new structure is the best chance to get every detail right from the start: drainage, flashing, ventilation and material. Ace Roofing & Construction installs roofs on new homes, ADUs and additions across San Francisco, the Peninsula and the East Bay.
We are a licensed (CA C39 #1062496), bonded and insured roofing contractor and have worked with general contractors and owner-builders since 1996.

Building roofs for Bay Area conditions
New construction in San Francisco often means tight lots, shared walls and roof decks. Flashing at property lines, parapets and deck transitions has to be planned before the roof goes on, not improvised afterward.
We plan drainage and material for the site: fog and salt air on the west side, stronger sun on south-facing slopes, and winter storms everywhere. Getting slope, drains and overflow right on day one prevents most of the problems we repair on older buildings.

What a customer said
"John was very responsive and honest about his initial evaluation. Advised that I didn't need to fully replace my roof — patching was all I needed. His crew worked quickly and cleaned up after."
